STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up at our Studio. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Studio Address: RM 5, 10/F, Metro Centre 2, 21 Lam Hing ST, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon (Flip & Roll Studio)
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using SF-express and standard Shipping.
RETURNS POLICY
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact us before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off. We recommend that you contact us before requesting a refund.

Customers are required to arrange all returns delivery.

Returns request depends upon flip & roll’s operating time. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-operating hours.
Refund process -
Once we receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once we approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the us via Email to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once we receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 5 working days.
