Shipping Policy


Orders can be picked up at our Studio. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Studio Address: RM 5, 10/F, Metro Centre 2, 21 Lam Hing ST, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon (Flip & Roll Studio)


Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using SF-express and standard Shipping. 

Returns Policy


If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact us before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

  • Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off. We recommend that you contact us before requesting a refund.

  • Customers are required to arrange all returns delivery.

  • Returns request depends upon flip & roll’s operating time. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-operating hours.

    Refund process

  • Once we receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

  • Once we approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the us via Email to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

  • Once we receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 5 working days.
